How to Use Your Copenhagen Card
Book & Receive
Complete your booking on GetYourGuide. Your voucher with an 8-character redemption code will arrive by email immediately.
Redeem in the App
Download the free Copenhagen Card City Guide app. Enter your 8-character code to load your card. Do this before visiting any attraction.
Activate & Explore
Show your activated card at the entrance of each attraction and on public transport. The 24h / 48h / 72h timer starts only when you activate.
Important: Redeem before your first visit
You must redeem your voucher code in the Copenhagen Card app before visiting any attraction or using public transport. The GetYourGuide voucher alone does not grant access — the activated app card does.
